A brief message from your President:

And we’re off, welcome to 2025! Although we’re months away from the season and general meetings beginning, your board is hard at work already shaping the direction of this upcoming season.

For those of you that officiate other sports, I believe it’s a bit easier to stay engaged in the football off-season through continued interactions with your fellow referees from other sports. For those of us that only officiate football, it can be helpful to meet with others in the off season to keep the football officiating wheels turning. Our Training coordinator, Steve Felker, held some off-season training opportunities already, and they were very informative and led to good discussions regarding officiating the game we love. There should be more opportunities to get together with your fellow football officials this off season, and we’ll update you when they become available. We’d love to see anyone and everyone at these.

As always, we continue to look for new officials to join our ranks. If you have a friend, co-worker, family member, or someone you overhear in conversation talking football; direct them to our website to become an official. I hope you are all having a wonderful off-season and I’m looking forward to this next year and serving as your president.

I’ll do my best to keep you updated every few months during the off-season. The website has been updated with rule & POE changes and fall meeting dates. Until next time..
